For urgent care during office hours (8-4:30 M-Thursday and Friday 8-4), contact our offices before 9 am and we will make every effort to schedule a same-day appointment for you. If we feel you have a serious condition, we may advise you to visit the nearest hospital.
After hours (5 pm- 8 am and weekends) call our office at 512-474-2772 or Medlink directly at 512-323-5465 for advice on managing your urgent health issue.
For refill requests, please contact your pharmacy directly.
Patients must be seen annually for proper medication management and care. Depending on your case, additional office visits may be necessary. This will be determined by Dr. Counts and/or his medical staff.
If you need financial assistance to help pay for medications please contact the Partnership for Prescription Assistance (1-888-477-2669), to check for eligibility.
